LO型百合杂种后代的RAPD分析

RAPD Analysis of Interspecific Hybrids of LO Lilies

以麝香百合系的"新铁炮"品种为母本、东方百合系的"帝伯"品种为父本,通过离体受精和胚挽救技术培育出LO型百合杂种植株LO-1,LO-2。对其进行了RAPD鉴定。结果表明:从25个随机引物中筛选出3个扩增效果较好的引物,3个引物扩增的结果表明,2个杂种后代都具有父本和母本的特征条带,并且分别具有各自的特征条带,说明杂种后代LO-1和LO-2均来自2个不同株系,是其母本与父本的杂交种。

The lily hybrids coded LO-1 and LO-2,were two hybrids bred by means of in vitro fertilization and embryo rescue between Lilium formolingi and L.＇Tiber＇ as parents.In this study,two hybrids were determined by RAPD.Three primers with promising amplification were selected out from 25 random primers.The results of amplification indicated that both hybrids had the band from the parents,moreover,each hybrid had its own band,which verified that LO-1 and LO-2 were from two different strains,they were hybrids of the parents.
