摘要
采用电磁搅拌工艺将铝液和在红外光谱上具有强辐射能力的含硼硅酸盐晶体TM颗粒复合在一起,制成TM颗粒-Al红外功能复合材料.复合材料组织致密,颗粒分布均匀.研究发现,TM颗粒可显著提高铝在中、远红外光谱为1.3~14.
An Al matrix infrared function composite compounded with TM particulate has been studied and manufactured by electromagnetic stirring method. The results indicate that the TM Al composite has an even and dense structure along with even distribution of TM particulate. It is found that the mixing of TM particulate remarkably raises the infrared spectral emissivity and the irradiance of aluminum matrix within the wavelengths range of 1.3 ̄14.5 μm.
