摘要
利用正交轴圆柱蜗杆传动的特殊性,提出了把此类空间啮合转化成齿轮齿条啮合的方法,并对啮合条件、一类界点及二类界点条件、啮合轴等啮合特性进行了分析.结果表明,这种方法可以使设计计算得到简化.
By the speciality of right angle cylindrical worm drive, the method of translating this sort of space meshing problem into rack and pinion meshing problem is presented and some meshing specificity, such as meshing condition, first type limits and second type limits condition, meshing axis,etc., is analysed. It is shown that this method may simplify the designing reckoning.
