糖尿病下肢动脉病变的相关影像学检查
摘要
下肢外周动脉疾病（PAD）是指下肢的一条或多条动脉粥样硬化性狭窄或闭塞，症状包括间歇性跛行、缺血性静息痛、溃疡和坏疽。危险因素包括高龄、吸烟、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、肥胖和家族遗传。PAD是糖尿病主要的慢性并发症之一，大约8％的患者在诊断糖尿病时已经存在PAD，并随年龄、病程的增加而增多。与非糖尿病患者相比，糖尿病患者下肢动脉硬化更为常见，发病年龄更小，进展速度更快。
