摘要
首先对1m红外太阳望远镜的冷却对象做热分析,基于分析结果和冷却对象的特殊要求,得出液冷是最适合的冷却方法,并给出了液冷系统(LCS)设计和关键部件选择。液冷系统中对各子系统添加了定性检测模块以及定性检测和PLC通信的电路设计,又对封窗LCS子系统添加了液量控制电路。实验表明该LCS设计满足YNST零冷却对象的特殊要求,设计合理,是一种可行的设计方案。
This study first carries out thermal analysis of cooling objects of the l m Infrared Solar Telescope of the Yunnan Observatory (YNST). Based on the results, we conclude that liquid cooling is the most appropriate method. We subsequently show the design of the liquid-cooling system (LCS) and the choices of its key components. We add qualitative-monitoring module and a circuit for the communications between such a module and the PLC. A flow-control circuit is also incorporated into the subsystem of the LCS for cooling the sealing glass. Our experiments show that the LCS meets the requirements of cooling relevant objects of the YNST and thus has a feasible design.
