摘要
全面分析了高校财务风险的警源,论述了构建高校财务风险预警系统的基本原理和工作思路,并通过设立各类财务风险预警指标及判定标准,构建了一个完整的高校财务风险预警指标系统,以期达到预测、防范及衡量高校财务风险的目的,实现高校财务意义上的健康可持续发展。
The sources of college financial risk,the basic principles and working thoughts on construction of college pre-warning system of financial risks were analysised comprehensively.Through the establishment of various financial risk pre-warning indicators,a complete college financial risk pre-warning indicator system is constructed,which will achieve the purpose of predicting,preventing and measuring the college financial risk and reach healthy and sustainable development of college finance.
