高职院校学生党建工作创新模式初探

Research on Innovation Pattern of Party Construction among Students at Vocational Colleges

随着高等教育大众化的步伐,我国高等职业教育获得了跨跃式发展。学生党建工作是高职教育的重要组成部分,它对改善党员队伍结构尤其是年龄和文化结构、增强党的阶级基础、巩固党的执政地位、促进党的事业发展有十分重要的意义。然而,受多种因素影响,目前高职院校的学生党建工作还存在许多不足,如何从实际出发,创新模式,提高党建工作实效,文章对此进行了初步研究。

With the popularization of higher education,a leap-forward development was gained in our higher vocational education.The Party construction among students is an important part of vocational education,which has a great significance for restructuring the Party team,especially for age and cultural structure,strengthening the Party＇s class base,consolidating the party＇s ruling position,and promoting the Party＇s development.However,affected by many factors,there are still many deficiencies in the current Party construction among students at vocational colleges.In the article,we do a research about how to proceed from reality,innovate model and to improve the effectiveness of the Party construction.
