摘要
大学生对就业的压力、期望和心理是就业工作者最为关注的焦点问题,分析他们的就业思想状况,缓解心理负担,促进顺利就业,找出影响就业的因素和解决问题的方法是就业工作的重要组成部分。
Students for employment pressure,expectations and employment are most concerned by student managers.To promote employment,they should analyze students＇ job state of mind,relieve mental burden,and find ways to solve the problems affecting employment.
