探析日本FA发展与日式生产方式的形成

Study on the Relationship Between the Development of FA in Japan and the Formation of the Japanese Production System

世界各国学术机构对日式生产方式进行了深入的研究,形成了详尽的管理理论体系。然而许多企业在导入日式生产方式的过程中依然不知所措。相对于目前学术界对日式生产方式"软件"部分(管理理论)的着重研究,本文从作为"硬件"部分的自动化设备着手,通过追溯日本FA发展历史,找出其与日式生产方式的关系,为日式生产方式的导入提供了可视化及可操作性的重要参考途径。

The Japanese production system has been well researched in academic institutions around the world,and has been developed into a management theoretical system.However,many companies in the world still feel confused when they are trying to apply the Japanese production system.Different from the current academic researches which focus on the ＂software＂（management theory）of the Japanese production system,the paper emphasizes the automation equipment,which is considered as the ＂hardware＂ of the Japanese production system.Through a study on the history of the development of FA in Japan,the paper tries to find out the relationship between the ＂Japanese FA＂ and the Japanese production system,and provide a visible and operable reference for applying the Japanese production system.
