摘要 在借鉴顾客满意理论的基础上,构建了高职院校雇主满意度的基本模型,就雇主满意各种影响因素之间的关系及其作用机制进行了实证探讨。研究结果表明,雇主满意主要受雇主感知质量及学校品牌形象等因素影响,具体要素为毕业生综合能力及素养、学校就业服务水平、专业建设水平、品牌知名度和品牌美誉度,因此要赢得雇主满意,高职院校必须加强相关建设,努力提高各要素水平。 Based on the theory of Customer Satisfaction,the paper constructs the basic model of Higher Vocational Institute(HVI)Employer Satisfaction Index(ESI),probes into the relationships among different CSI factors and these factors' influence mechanism on HVI-CSI by empirical research.Through the above research work,the main conclusions are as follows:Employer satisfaction is the result of positive influence of both employer perception and HVI brand image.These influence factors include the comprehensive ability and quality of graduates,the level of service which institute provide for employer,the level of major construction,brand awareness and brand reputation.So Higher Vocational Institutes(HVI)should make every effort to improve the level of all above factors to win Employer Satisfaction.
