从得体原则与合作原则的互益透视《红楼梦》中修辞格的运用

Rhetorical Devices in A Dream of Red Mansions from the Perspective of the "Trade-off" Relation between Tact Principle and Cooperative Principle

合作原则是言语交际的重要准则,但交际中有意背离合作原则的现象时有发生。在实际言语交际中,诸多因素导致合作原则的背离,如得体及修辞等。本文试从格赖斯的合作原则与索振羽的得体原则互为益补的角度谈古典巨著《红楼梦》中修辞格的运用及其所实现的话语功能。大量修辞格的运用,在很大程度上增加了该巨著的语言魅力。

Cooperative Principle is an important criterion for people to observe in verbal communication. However, it is often violated or flouted in actual verbal communication for such reasons as tact and rhetorical effects. This paper attempts to probe into the use of rhetoric and discourse function achieved in the classical masterpiece ＂A Dream of Red Mansions＂ from the perspective of the ＂trade - off＂ relationship between Grice＇s Cooperative Principle and Suo Zbenyu＇s Tact Principle. Employing numerous rhetorical devices contributes largely to the charm of the language of the great work.
