摘要
随着国际分工的深化、服务需求的增加、服务业竞争的加剧以及部分行业进入壁垒的降低,服务业呈现出国际化、标准化和定制化的发展趋势。通过对服务业标准化的国际比较分析,以及服务业不同行业标准化的比较分析,进行了基于ISO、BSI、DIN服务业标准化程度和Shostack具体服务产品有形性谱图的服务业"无形性-标准化"行业二维分布研究,并进一步进行了基于标准化的服务创新研究。
With the rapid development of the world economy,the service industry plays a significant role in the economic growth in developed countries.With the deepening of international division of labor,the increasing of the service demand,the aggravating of the service industry compe-tition,and the lowering of entering barrier,the service industry shows the tendency of internationalization,standardization and customization.Through international comparison analysis on the development of service industry,as well as empirical and comparative analysis on development of different businesses in service industry,this paper makes research on the "intangibility-standardization" bivariate spectrum based on the stan-dardization degree of service industry according to ISO,BSI,DIN and Shostack’s Product Tangibility Spectrum.And then innovative pattern of standardization and customization service are studied as well.
