摘要
根据国务院试点方案,辽宁省对本省养老保险制度进行了调整与优化。实证测算表明,辽宁省"十一五"规划中的不同发展方案,对改革试点中的辽宁省养老保险收支状况产生很大影响;此外通过拍卖国有资产、加大财政支持力度、提高收缴率将会有利于辽宁省养老保险收支赤字的弥补。
According to the State Council pilot plan,the endowment insurance system has been adjusted and optimized in Liaoning province.Empir-ical calculation shows that different development plan among Liaoning province＇s 11th Five-year Plan has a great influence on the revenue and ex-penditure of endowment.This paper also suggests that by auctioneering state-owned assets,increasing financial support and endowment will improve the deficit of Liaoning province.
