摘要
目的:分析SOD2基因在宫颈浸润癌(ICC)、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及正常宫颈上皮(NCE)组织中的mRNA表达情况,揭示氧化应激在宫颈癌发生中的可能作用。方法:应用RT-PCR分别扩增18例宫颈癌组织、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变及20例正常宫颈组织中SOD2基因片段,半定量分析其表达情况。结果:与宫颈上皮内瘤变及正常宫颈上皮相比,宫颈癌组织中SOD2基因的mRNA表达显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:SOD2基因表达低下导致氧化应激加剧,在宫颈癌的发生中可能起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the mRNA expression level of manganese-containing superoxide dismutase(SOD2)gene in human cervical cancer tissues,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and normal cervical epitherical(NCE) tissues and to unravel the effect of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer.Methods: The level of mRNA expression of SOD2 gene in 18 cases of cervical cancer tissues and 20 specimens of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 20 normal cervical tissues were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results: The expression level of SOD2 in cervical cancer tissues significantly decreased compared with those of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and normal cervical tissues.Conclusion: The down regulation expression of SOD2 gene,resulting in the enhancing of oxidative stress,may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer.
