摘要
目的:研究益脉康滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法:以丸重变异系数、溶散时限及外观质量为评价指标,以基质种类、药物与基质的配比、滴制温度及冷却液温度为考察因素进行正交试验。结果:优选的最佳成型工艺为药物与基质配比为1∶6、基质为PEG6 000、滴制温度为70-80℃、冷却液温度为10-15℃。结论:优选的成型工艺简便易行,成品得率高,且有良好的重现性和可操作性。
Objective: To study the best molding process of Yimaikang Dropping Pills.Methods: The coefficient of variation pill weight,dissolution time and the quality of appearance for the evaluation of quality indicators,the type of matrix,the ratio of drug and matrix,the dropping temperature,and the temperature of cooling liquid were served as the study factors for the orthogona experiment.Results: The optimum molding process for the drug and matrix ratio was 1∶6,matrix is the PEG6000,dropping temperature was 70-80 ℃,the cooling fluid temperature was 10-15 ℃.Conclusion: The Optimization of the molding process is simple,of high yield product,and good reproducibility and operability.
