摘要
安装调试TDS-11SA钻井顶部驱动装置时管子处理器工作不正常,一次操作成功率低,对顶驱管子处理器液压工作程序和PLC控制程序进行了分析,在PLC程序中增加一旋转马达反转控制,更改控制程序后,提高了背钳一次操作的成功率,从而提高了设备的工作效率。
Pipe handler of the top drive system TDS-11 SA did not work properly in the commission test with lower primary success rate, the paper analyzes the hydraulic diagram and PLC control procedure of pipe handler. It adds a reversal rotation control in the control program in order to improve the primary success rate of back-up wrench and the operation efficiency of the equipment.
