摘要
文章根据绍兴文理学院外国语学院创建的"中国法律法规汉英平行语料库",运用系统功能语言学理论的情态系统理论和批评话语分析理论,对比分析中国立法汉英语篇情态动词的使用频率和使用特点,从而揭示其所隐含的意识形态意义。
Based on the bilingual parallel corpus of Chinese legal texts and in the light of the modality system of SFL and CDA,this paper analyzes the distribution of key modal verbs,their frequency in both Chinese legal texts and English versions,and their typical characteristics in the use with a view to revealing the hidden ideology embedded in such verbs.
