无线区域网接收前端的ADS设计与仿真

摘要 使用ADS软件对无线区域网接收机射频前端进行设计并进行如下仿真:S参数仿真、谐波平衡仿真、交流仿真和预算仿真等,得到接收机前端主要性能指标的仿真结果.仿真结果表明,设计的接收机射频前端符合设计的指标要求. In the light of the current RF device level, this paper presents a design and simulation of WRAN receiver front -end Advanced Design System (ADS) for the application of cognitive radio technology. Through the simulation of ADS, such as the S - parameter simulation, Harmonic Balance simulation, AC simulation and Budget simulation, it illustrates the main performance indexes of the receiver front - end. Simulation results show that the design of the receiver front - end satisfies the design requirements.
