摘要
传统的XRF分析虽然精度高,但分析周期比较长。一种新型的快速、无损、高精度的岩芯扫描仪弥补了这一缺陷,并在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。以ITRAX岩芯扫描仪为例介绍了该类仪器的结构、原理、工作方式、数据的处理与分析等内容,简单的描述了其在海洋科学研究中的应用,并针对其应用提出了一些期望。
Although the traditional X -ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis is highly accurate, it needs a long period of analysis. A new type of rapid, non - destructive, high - resolution core scanner has made up this flaw, and has been widely applied in various fields. This paper describes the operation structure, principle, operating mode and output data analysis of this kind of scanner. In addition, it briefly describes its application in marine scientific research and raises some expectations about the limitation of its application.
