Unaggregated and well dispersed nanosized BaTiO 3 crystals were sucessfully synthesized from barium hydroxide and tetrabutyl titanate at 170℃ in butyl alcohol by solvothermal method Herein, it has been found that the use of butyl alcohol as solvent restricted the growth of BaTiO 3 particles, as comparison with the use of hydrothermal method
