摘要
在样品制备、凝胶电泳及染色方法等方面,对植物蛋白质双向电泳技术进行了系统的改进,重点发展了一种适合于蛋白质电泳凝胶染色的考马斯亮兰-银染复合染色法。这种染色方法兼具考马斯亮兰染色法和银染色法的优点,灵敏度高、重复性好,可明显地提高蛋白质凝胶电泳的分辨率。
Methods of protein sample preparation,gel electrophoresis and gel staining for two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of plant protiens had been improved systemetically,and a compound staining of coomassie brilliant blue and silver had been developed.The coommassie-silver compound staining has both advantages of coomassie brilliant blue staining and silver staining,with high sensitivity and resolving power and good repetivity.
