摘要
经双玻片压片和用改良的石碳酸品红染色显示,腐食螨Tyrophagusputrescentiae染色体的数目和核型n=7,2n=14,染色体为单着丝粒,在成螨的交配期,即形成染色体有丝分裂中期相时期,是制作腐食酪螨染色体玻片的最佳螨期。
The present paper first reports the studies on the karyotype ofchromosomes of Tyrophagus putrescentiae.The chromosome number of Tyrophagus putrescentiae was found to be 7(haploid) and 14(diploid).All chromosomes were monokinetic.Based on their relative lengthes centromere index and arm ratio,these chromosomes were tentatively classified into 7 doubles.The best preparations were obtained form generative growth phase of adult.During making of specimen of chtomosome,we first invent double cover slip squash and using improved-carbolic acid fuchsin stain,it is a new method of making specimen of chromosome.
