摘要
[目的]提供一种护理技能训练模式,使学生通过护理技能训练将以人为本的"个性化护理"理念渗透到护理技术操作中,以促进护理技术操作模式向着更加适应临床护理发展需求的方向转变。[方法]随机将2007级普通高考护理大专4个自然班分为两组,实验组98人采用"个性化护理"训练模式,对照组101人采用传统训练模式,对两组学生的护理操作考核成绩进行分析。[结果]两组护理技术操作考核成绩差异有统计学意义。[结论]"个性化护理"训练模式对激发学生学习积极性、培养学生创新意识、改变传统护理技术操作模式有重要意义。
Objective: To provide a nursing skills training mode, through nursing skills training, students will permeate people- centered "Individualized nursing care" concept in nursing skills operations so that to promote technical operation mode changing toward more adaptable to the direction of clinical care development needs. Methods: All four natural classes of 2007 grade college nursing students were divided into two groups randomly. 98 students in test group accepted "Individualized nursing care" training mode. And 101 students in control group accepted traditional training mode. Then operating performance assessment of the two groups nursing students were analyzed. Results: In terms of the examination results of nursing skills, there was statistical significant difference hetween the two group students. Conclusions "Individualized nursing care" training mode has important significances for inspiring the enthusiasm of students to learn,training creative awareness of students, and changing the traditional mode of technical skills operations.
