摘要
教师聘任制已在公立高等院校逐步实施,但由于相关法律、规章的滞后,导致了教师权益救济途径不畅,存在诸多缺陷。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的正式施行,为教师权益的救济另辟蹊径,提供了重要的法律依据,对教师权益的救济具有积极意义。
Public Universities are being implemented gradually appointment of teachers,however,as the hysterics of relevant laws and regulations,result in many defects on the relief of teachers' rights and interests.The "People's Republic of China Labor Con-tract Law"(hereinafter referred to as"Labor Contract Law") has been putting in practice,and exploring a different avenue and providing an important legal basis for the relief of teachers' rights and interests,which has a positive meaning for the relief of teach-ers' rights and interests.
