摘要
以草酸为沉淀剂,采用均相沉淀法工艺制备超细氧化锌粉料。通过正交实验得出最佳反应条件,制得的超细氧化锌粉料经组分分析、结构分析表明,其粒径、纯度、比表面积和晶型均符合相关标准。
The preparation of ultrafine of ZnO was studied in this paper.The optimum operation condition was researched by orthogonalized experiment.The powders were tested by chemical composition analysis and construction analysis.The size of the powder,the purity and the specific area were all better than those of standard.
