摘要
发动机在运转时不可避免地产生宽频、多振源和多主频的振动,深入研究发动机在不同工况下的振动特征对被动隔振器设计和发动机振动主动控制具有重要的实用价值。在分析了485型柴油发动机振动激励特征的基础上,建立了发动机振动检测的动力学模型;利用加速度传感器和动态力传感器,借助美国国家仪器公司的CompactRIO数据采集硬件,编制了多通道振动数据采集与处理程序,研制出了发动机振动测试系统;利用该系统完成了发动机多工况稳态振动特征和非稳态工况振动特征的测试与分析,得出了485型柴油发动机振动特征等信息,这些工作对发动机隔振技术研究奠定了坚实的技术基础。
When engines are running,a wide frequency,multi-sources and multi main frequency vibration is inevitably.It is important and value in fact to study the engine vibration characteristics on various conditions to do the passive vibration isolator design and active control of engine vibration.On the basis of analyzing vibration excitation characteristics of the 485 diesel engine,the dynamic model of engine vibration test is established.By means of the accelerometer,and dynamic force sensors as well as the CompactRIO data acquisition hardware of USA national instrument,multi-channel data acquisition and processing program are accomplished,and then engine vibration test system is developed.Using the test system,the testing and analysis of engine vibration characteristics on various steady and unsteady conditions are carried out,so the information on 485 diesel engine vibration characteristics is obtained.The above discussion has built a solid technical foundation to research on engine vibration isolation
