摘要
内燃机活塞是发动机的关键核心零部件,活塞的机械加工精度对内燃机的性能有较大影响,包括排放、功率、油耗、噪声等方面。活塞加工粗基准的选择又影响着活塞加工的整个工艺过程,不同结构的活塞,应选择不同的粗基准进行定位,根据我们多年的活塞加工经验,本文主要对不同结构的活塞粗基准选择进行了分析和改进。
The piston is the critical part of the internal combustion engine,the machining precision plays importanl role for the performance of internal combustion engine,such as emission,power,oil and fuel consumption and noisy etc.Furthermore,the standard of rough machining can affact the whole machining process.Therefor,the rough machining standart should be different for different structure piston.Based on our years of piston machining experiences,this text will be mainly on the analysis and improvement on standard selection for different structure piston.
