摘要
本文从分析当前我国大量生产的胜利100号道路石油沥青存在的问题入手,提出了改善其质量的必要性和解决方法.介绍并推荐使用添加2m%丁苯橡胶改质的胜利道路石油沥青铺路,此沥青的7℃延度可达150cm以上这将对改善路面的抗低温开裂性能起良好作用,但对道路设计及铺筑质量也提出了予以配合的要求.本文还对其经济效益及社会效益做了分析.
Based on an analysis of the problems in the quality of Shengli No. 100 road asphalt currently in mass production, the importance and measures to improve the asphalt quality are discussed. The addition of 2% (wt) styrene--butadiene rubber (SBR) into the Shengli No. 100 road asphalt is recommended, with which the 7C ductility can be increased to above 150cm and the lowaemperature cracking property is greatly improved. However, the use of SBR will require better road design and pavins quality. The economical and social benefits from the use of SBR moditied asphalt are briefly assessed.
