摘要
介绍PLC技术在啤酒原料粉碎、糖化、发酵、灌装、包装、高浓度啤酒稀释等生产环节中的应用,指出啤酒生产过程自动控制的作用和意义,并对今后PLC技术在啤酒生产过程中的应用与研究方向进行展望。
This article introduces the application of PLC technology in every aspect of beer production process, such as raw material crushing, saecharifieation, fermentation, bottling, packaging, and diluting high concentration of beer. The author points out the signifi- cance of automatic control in beer production process. And the future application and research of PLC technology are discussed.
