摘要
本文研究了热塑性弹性体SBS改性沥青的制备方法,提出了“变态处理法”新工艺.对研制的SBS改性沥青及其混合料的路用性能,作了较系统的室内试验分析评价.试验结果表明:SBS是沥青的较佳外掺剂,在沥青中掺加少量的SBS,对改善沥青的低温塑性、高温稳定性、耐久性、粘附性和弹性等路用性能均有明显的效果.本文研制的SBS改性沥青已用于实际道路工程,初步观测表明:它可供高等级路面应用.
A new method for preparing styrene-butadiene--styrene(SBS) modified road asphalt is proposed on the basis of an investigation or, the preparation methods for thermoplastic elastic SBS modified asphalts. Systematic evaluation was done on the properties of road asphalt thus prepared and on the performance of its mixture. The results showed that SBS is a good admixture for road asphalt. Addition of small amount of SBS into the asphalt will significantly improve its low temperature ductility, high temperature stability, durability, adhesion and elastility. Actual paving has been done with the new SBS modified asphalt, indicating that this asphalt can be used on roads with heavy traffic.
