摘要
探讨了多种温度(15、20、25、30℃)处理小麦种子后幼苗内含物含量的变化,结果发现在20℃时核酸、蛋白质含量均高于其它各处理组,叶绿素含量则随着生长时间延长而增长。
This article discussed the changes of cmbedcd material content in tender seedling treated with different tcmpcraturc(15,20,25,30℃ )on wheat seed. It is found that the contents of nucleic acid and protein of group treated in 20℃ is higher than other groups, and the content of chlorophill have increased with growth time lengthening.
