大学生“三心四能”素养的内涵及培养

培养人才是高等学校的根本任务。培养复合型人才是社会需要和高等教育发展的必然要求。作为复合型人才的大学生应该具有高度的责任心、持续的进取心、强烈的好奇心三方面的素质，表达能力、动手能力、创新能力、和谐能力等四大基本能力。培养大学生“三心四能”素养，需要高等学校合理选择人才培养路径。

Cultivating talents is the fundamental task of higher institutions. Cultivating compound talents is an inev- itable requirement of social needs and the development of higher education. We college students as compound tal- ents should have three qualities, which are a high sense of responsibility, continuous sense of aggression and strong sense of curiosity, and four basic capabilities such as expression, handwork practicing, innovation and harmony. Cultivating college students＇ ＂Three Senses, Four Capabilities＂ qualities need higher institutions to strengthen se- lecting the path of cultivating talents.
