摘要
“理念引领、深化改革、加快发展”是宜宾学院2010年的工作主题。学校按照“以科学发展观为指导，以《高等教育法》为指针，建设特色鲜明的地方综合性大学”的办学指导思想，以理念引领为前提，积极践行“四个要素”的治校方略；以深化改革为手段，认真落实“五个着力点”的工作思路；以加快发展为目标，大力推进宜宾学院全面、协调和健康地跨越式发展。
＂concept leading, deepening reform, accelerating development＂ is Yibin College＇s working theme in 2010. The college follows the school-running guiding ideology of ＂Under the guidance of scientific concept of devel- opment, take Higher Education Law as indicator, build distinctive local university＂, takes concept leading as premise and actively carries out school-running strategy of ＂Four Elements＂ ; takes deepening reform as means and earnestly implements working thought of ＂Five Pick-up Points＂ ; takes accelerating development as target and vigor- ously promotes Yibin College＇s comprehensive, coordinated and healthy leaping development.
