摘要 研究了基于效用理论的均衡交通分配方法。传统的用户均衡交通分配使用用户走形时间最短为目标,根据Wardrop均衡准则进行交通分配。与经典的模型不同,假设路段走形时间为随机变量,用户考虑不确定性带来的风险,使用摩根斯坦效用函数描述用户的决策问题,构建了新的均衡准则和模型。随后作者给出了求解算法和算例,计算结果表明新的均衡准则能够更加准确的描述用户的路径选择行为。 This study deals with the problem of user equilibrium traffic assignment with utility theory.The classical Wardropian principle assumes that users minimize either individual travel cost or overall system cost.Unlike the pure Wardropian equilibrium,we assume that the link time is variable and the users considering the risk with the time.We then present a new equilibrium-model with Morgenstern utility function.New equilibrium players routes its flows to minimize disutility.A simple example is presented.
