摘要
结合南方地区的气候、交通条件及对柔性基层的功能要求,在对ATB配合比优化设计的基础上,通过采取加强拌和站产量、提高振动压路机吨位、调整碾压工艺、保证施工温度等技术措施,进行超厚ATB一次性施工的压实度、平整度、均匀性、密水性和整体强度均可满足规范和设计要求,表明一次性施工15 cm超厚层ATB在技术上是完全可行的。
According to the climate conditions and traffic condition in south areas and the functional requirements to flexible base,some technical measures were used in optimum mix design.Furthermore,by improving the yields of mixing station,strengthening the tonnage of vibratory roller,adjusting the compaction technology and ensuring construction temperature,the compactness,smoothness,uniformity,density and integral strength all could meet the specifications and design requirements for the ultra-thick flexible base of ATB.All these show it is feasible to construct 15cm one time of ultra-thick ATB.
