国产重交通道路沥青混合料蠕变特性的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON DEFORMATION BEHAVIOUR OF DOMESTIC ASPHALT MIXTURES FOR HEAVY TRAFFIC ROAD

摘要 本文试图通过单轴动态蠕变试验探讨国产重交通道路沥青混合料的变形性能,采用动态模量和1h时劲度模量评价沥青混合料.试验选择了三种沥青.试验温度为20、35和50℃,相应的最大荷载为3、3、1~0.7kN.荷载为正弦波形,频率5Hz.分析结果表明,单家寺AH-70沥青由于粘滞度高,温度敏感性系数小,因而其混合料显示出较大的高温劲度模量,即较好的抗高温变形的能力,可用于气温较高,交通量繁重的道路上. A study on the deformation behaviour of domestic asphalt mixtures used for heavy traffic roads was conducted with dynamic single axle-load creep test. The dynamic modulus and 3600-second-stiffness modulus were adopted to evaluate the asphalt mixes. Tests were carried out at 20,30and 5℃, and at 3,3 and 1~0.7 kN maximum load respectively for three different asphalt mixes.A haversine axial compression stress was applied to specimen of asphalt mix at loading frequence of 5Hz. The analytic results indicated that Shanjiasi AH-70 asphalt shows higher stiffness modulus or higher resistance to deformation at high temperature. It is suggested that Shanjiasi AH-70 may be applicable to heavy traffic road in high temperature climate districts.
