锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位

Treatment of Lateral Clavicular Fracture or AcromioclavicularJoint Dislocation with Clavicular Hook Plate

目的探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法分析常州市中医医院2003年1月至2010年1月对26例锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位患者行骨折切开复位锁骨钩钢板内固定术的治疗效果。结果术后随访1。2年，肩关节功能评定优良率为100％。结论锁骨钩钢板是治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的1种较好的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of clavicular hook plate on lateral clavicular fracture and aeromioelavieular joint dislocation. Mothods 26 eases,selected from January 2003 to January 2010 in our hospital,were retro- spectively analyzed. They all had undergone the treatment of clavicular hook plate in curing lateral clavicular fracture and acromio- clavicular joint disloea6on. Results According to 1 - 2 years follow- up observing, the excellent rate of shoulder function was 100%. Conclusion Clavicular hook plate fixation is an exeellent method in treating lateral clavicular fracture or aeromioclavieu- lar joint dislocation.
