TKY管节点焊缝缺陷定位的研究

STUDY ON DEFECT LOCATION OF WELDS IN TKY NODES

根据ＴＫＹ管节点焊缝的结构特点，建立了焊缝及其任意定点截面的数学模型，并给出其算法，实现了用计算机对缺陷的准确、快速定位。

According to the structural characteristics of welds in TKY nodes,mathematical models of welds and the any section of the weld,as well as feasible and efficient algorithms are proposed in this paper.Moreover,the accurate and high speed location of defects with a computer is achieved.Thus labor intensity and man made factors locating defects are reduced very much.
