摘要
开发了一种内热式热膜液体流动速率测量仪,该测量仪在单纯液相中的精度优于1.5%,同时克服了固体粒子及气泡对测量仪的干扰作用,可较好地用于气液固三相中的液速测量.对气液固三相喷射环流生物反应器中液体流动速率进行了测量,得到了不同操作压力、气体进料量、不同轴向位置的液体速率分布.
The hot film anemometer of liquid rat was developed.Its accuracy is higher than 1.5% in the liquid phase.The anemometer could measure the liquid rate in a gas liquid solid threephase flow because the solid particle and gas bubble disturbance was canceled out.The liquid rate axial distribution of the different working pressures and gas flow was obtained by measuring the liquid rate in the gas liquid solid threephase jet loop bioreactor.The biodegradation treatment of dye waste water is studied in this bioreactor.
