丙烯酸系聚合物水溶胶的合成及性能 被引量:1

摘要 用溶液聚合法合成了MMA/BA/AA丙烯酸系三元共聚物,分别以氨水和三乙醇胺为中和剂对其进行氨化处理,制得了丙烯酸系共聚物水溶胶.研究了丙烯酸用量、中和剂种类及用量、氨化温度和固化剂用量对水溶胶性质及涂膜性能的影响,找到了制备优质水溶胶的最佳工艺条件。 In the present paper an MMA/BA/AA acrylic terpolymer was synthesized through solution polymerization.Then the ammoniation was carried out by means of aqueous ammonia and triethanolamine,respectively,so that the acrylic terpolymer hydrosol was prepared.The effects of the AA content,type and content of neutralization agents,ammoniation temperatures and quantity of the curing agent on the properties of both the hydrosols and the coating film were studied.The optimum technological conditions were found out for synthesizing excellent hydrosols which provide the basis for preparing the gloss coating with perfect properties.
