催化胺化法合成2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺 被引量:3

SYNTHESIS OF 2,2,6,6 TETRAMETHYL 4 PIPERIDIAMINE BY CATALYTIC AMINATION

摘要 本文是关于2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶酮催化胺化合成受阻胺类光稳定剂中间体2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺的研究.文中选用骨架镍催化剂,系统地研究了反应温度、压力、时间、原料摩尔比、原料纯度等因素对反应的影响.在最佳条件下,2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶胺产率可达94.5%,实际收率82%. The catalytic amination of 2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidone to 2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidiamine is studied in this work.Raney Ni was used as catalyst.The reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,pressure,time,molar ratio and the purity of raw material were investigated systematically.The optimal conditions for the maximum yield of 2,2,6,6 tetramethyl 4 piperidiamine were obtained.
