介绍了山东海阳核电一期工程的基本情况,以及项目管理和工程进展情况。通过海阳核电工程建设管理实践,提出了核电建设中遇到的问题,供同行进行交流和探讨。
The paper introduces the basic situation of Shandong Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant,as well as the management and progress of the project.Through the construction management practice,problems encountered in nuclear power construction are put forward for peer exchange and discussion.
