The co convolution is defined in Hom( A,C) , where A is an algebra and C is a coalgebra and the maximum coalgebra contained in Hom( A,C) is constructed. Further, for bialgebra and Hopf algebra, the coalgebra constructed by the co convolution and algebra constructed by the convolution become together a bialgebra and a Hopf algebra, respectively.
