弱势生态:一个贫困大学生就业难的分析视角

The Way of Life for Weak Tendency:the analysis visual angle of the difficulty for a poor college student to start his career

当前大学生就业难问题日益突出,而其中最为突出的当属贫困大学生就业难问题。作为一个弱势群体,他们在就业中承受更大的压力,他们能否实现就业,是关系到社会稳定的一项重要课题。基于此,笔者借生态一词尝试提出弱势生态这个概念来分析贫困大学生在就业中在社会资本、经济支持、心理、观念、综合素质等方面综合弱势的一种生存和发展状态。

Employment is the foundation of the people＇s livelihood and the importance isn＇t specially stated.At present,the problem of employment for college students is becoming more and more serious,especially for poor college students.As a weak tendency group,they face more pressure.Whether they can start their career is closely connected with the steady of the whole society.Based on it,the author uses the way of life（eco） to tell us the definition of weak tendency to analyze the living and development states for poor college students in social capitals,economic support,mental state,feelings and comprehensive qualities.
