摘要
本文介绍了刺刀管式换热器(制氧转化气蒸汽发生器)的结构特点,和该换热器制造质量差,存放时间长给设备的运行伏下的不安全因素,以及为解决这些问题所进行的剖析、复修、清洗的全过程.文中较详细地介绍了所采用的清洗配方,清洗流程和现场监测数据,最后提出一些改进意见.
The structural characteristics of bayonet pipe type exchanger steam generator for converter gas in a hydrogen plant as well as the problems occured owing to its low quality and during long period storage has been reviewed.Accordingly, a thorough analysis, repairing and washing program has been conducted. The formulation for cleaning, the washing flow scheme and the data obtained in field monitoring are described in detail. Suggestions for further improvement are also given.
