用改进注浆法制得相对密度为 960% 的钇稳定化氧化锆( Y S Z)电解质致密薄管, 组装成固体氧化物燃料电池, 分别以氢气和煤气为燃料, 空气为氧化剂, 考察 500~850 ℃温度范围内的伏安特性和功率与电流特性. 结果表明, 改进注浆法可制备出合用的 Y S Z 电解质致密管,
The tubular solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is made of yittria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) electrolyte dense tube with thin wall which is fabricated by improved slip casting method. Hydrogen and coal gas were used as fuel, respectively, and air was used as oxidant, the voltage ampere and power current characteristics were evaluated for SOFC from 500 ℃ to 850 ℃. The results show that adapted YSZ tubes with an enough high density can be fabricated by improved slip casting method. The electrical performance of the cell with hydrogen as fuel is superior to that of the one with coal gas as fuel.
