摘要
为研究离心泵启动过程中的瞬态流动,提出采用动网格方法求解边界移动引起的非定常流动的思想。首先通过对圆柱启动问题的模拟验证该方法的有效性,并分别采用3种湍流模式进行对比研究,结果证明了大涡模拟(LES)的适用性;其次计算分析二维模型泵启动过程内部流动瞬态特性;最后实现了离心泵启动过程三维瞬态流动的求解,得到了内部瞬态流动的模拟结果。
In order to research the transient flow in the centrifugal pump during starting period,the idea of dynamic mesh method was suggested to solve the transient flow by border movement.First,the analysis of cylinder starting problem was adopted to verify the validity of the method.Three kinds of turbulence models were compared.The results show that LES simulation model was feasible.Also the characteristics of internal transient flow in the two-dimensional model pump during starting period was calculated and analyzed.Then DES method was applied to solve three-dimensional transient flow of centrifugal pump,and the analysis forecast results of transient flow has been obtained.
