摘要
利用离子交换的方法,将豆制品厂排放的“废水”转化成可供饮用,并含有人体所需的多种有机酸、水解蛋白、氨基酸等营养物质的酸甜可口的具天然水果香味的饮料。这样既可改善工作环境,又可获得经济效益。
Waste Water”in bean curd plants can be transformed into beverage by means of Ion
exchange. This beverage contains such nutrients as origin acid, protein hydrolysate and amino
acid with a special sweet and acid taste of natural fruit. In this way, pollution of the environment
can be avoided and economic benefits be achieved.
