Waste Water”in bean curd plants can be transformed into beverage by means of Ion exchange. This beverage contains such nutrients as origin acid, protein hydrolysate and amino acid with a special sweet and acid taste of natural fruit. In this way, pollution of the environment can be avoided and economic benefits be achieved.
