WS-1油溶性缓蚀剂的应用

本文介绍了WS-1油溶性缓蚀剂在炼油厂常减压蒸馏塔顶抽空冷凝系统的HCl-H_2S-O_2-H_2O腐蚀介质中,对工艺设备、管线的缓蚀效果.挂片试验结果表明,WS-1剂加入量为25ppm时,在1000ppm HCl、1000ppm H_2S酸性水介质中,温度为100～120℃,可使碳钢腐蚀速率下降90%,且腐蚀形态为均匀腐蚀.现场试验结果表明,生产装置投加10～15ppm WS-1缓蚀剂一周后,注入量降至3ppm,缓蚀率为98%.文中还讨论了WS-1剂的缓蚀机理.

The newly developed imidazoline type corrosion inhibitor,WS-1,was commercially used in the HCl-H_2S-O_2-H_2O corrosive medium in the cooling/condensing system at the top of crude oil distillation tower and its inhibition effect on corrosion of equipments and pipes was investigated.The results indicated that by adding 25ppm of WS-1 in the acidic water containing 1000ppm each of HCl and H_2S,at a temperature ranging from 100 to 120℃,the corrosion rate on carbon steel can be reduced by 90% and the corrosion is homogeneous in appearance.Actual application of WS-1 on crude oil distillation unit showed that the dosage can be reduced to 3ppm one week after the first dosage of 10～15ppm while the corrosion inhibition efficiency kept at 98%.The mechanism of corrosion inhibition of WS-1 is also discussed.
