摘要
清真食品是中国穆斯林认可食用的食品,但对于清真食品标准的问题,一直以来是宗教界、民族界、学术界、管理部门关注的热点问题。由于民族差异、文化差异、地区差异等因素,在中国对"清真食品"的理解并不完全相同;同时在现代社会日新月异的发展中,中国穆斯林对新事物、新食品也存在不同的认识。作为穆斯林,对这些现象应该采取什么态度?如何进行清真食品的监督与管理?是本文探讨的主要议题。
Though halal food is the only food accepted by Chinese Muslims, the issue of its identification standards has been the focus arousing great attention in religious, ethnic, and academic worlds as well as the administrative departments. The identification of halal food,however, differs due to the difference of the ethnic groups, cultures and regions; further, in an era that changes drastically every day, Chinese Muslims have different recognition for the newthings and food. What kind of attitude should a Muslim harbor toward these phenomena, and how should halal food be supervised and managed? It is what the article aims to explore.
